Over the last 12 months, BlackRainbow has been awarded a seven year national framework agreement with the Police Digital Service (PDS), on behalf of the National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC) for a new Dynamic Decision and Case Management System (DDaCS). This milestone marks the beginning of a new era for UK Police Forces and their partner agencies. It aligns with the findings identified in subsequent public inquiries and sets new standards for decision-making and accountability.
Nikki explained, “The framework agreement aims to introduce ‘Nimbus Dynamic’, a new application within BlackRainbow’s ‘Nimbus’ suite of applications. The solution is specifically designed to assist decision-makers in complex and high-intensity operations by enhancing situational awareness and providing an enhanced common operating picture. Additionally, it offers detailed logging, investigative tools, and comprehensive case management capabilities along with harnessing AI in a complaint & innovative way.
“Looking ahead to the next 12 months, BlackRainbow will continue to bring the digital world into the usable hands of all law enforcement by building the most scalable and fastest investigative management platform to help fight against crime and protect communities. Furthermore, the company will continue working alongside its customers, listening to them, and supporting their work to ensure they get the help needed in order for them to meet these investigation requirements.”
